Halo Salt Therapy

Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is where 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride (salt) is heated and then ground and crushed into very tiny microparticles. These dry aerosol microparticles of salt are then dispersed into the salt cabin. As an individual relaxes, the microparticles are inhaled. The particles penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli to aid respiratory concerns, while the body absorbs the non-inhaled salt particles to combat skin conditions.

HALO SALT THERAPY is an excellent way to cleanse and detox the lungs. It can also help to invigorate the whole body by supporting increased lung capacity and oxygen intake. Halotherapy is very beneficial for overall general wellness. It removes toxicity from the respiratory system.

What is Dry Salt Therapy (Halotherapy)?

Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is a natural, drug-free, alternative treatment that may help to improve respiratory issues and skin conditions. Halotherapy, also known as dry Salt Therapy, is a fast-growing holistic approach that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave.

The key process involves a halogenerator crushing and grinding 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride (salt) into very tiny microparticles. The halogenerator then disperses these dry aerosol microparticles of salt into the salt therapy cabin during a typical session.

As an individual undergoes a salt therapy session, they inhale the microparticles. The particles penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli to address respiratory concerns. At the same time, the non-inhaled salt particles are absorbed by the body to combat skin conditions. Salt therapy can offer both respiratory (lungs and breathing) and cutaneous (skin-related) benefits. Additionally, the relaxing, calm environment offered by salt cabin can help with stress reduction. Dry pharmaceutical-grade salt is heated, then ground and crushed into very tiny microparticles by a halogenerator. These dry aerosol microparticles of salt are then dispersed into the salt room during a typical session. As the person relaxes in the salt room, the microparticles are inhaled. The particles penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli. While inside the salt room, the non-inhaled salt particles fall onto the skin, offering additional benefits.

Halotherapy is not recommended for people with contagious diseases, fever, open wounds, certain types of lung cancer, severe hypertension, mental disorders, and active tuberculosis. We always recommend that individuals consult with their local physician to determine if salt therapy is the right treatment for their condition.

Pregnant women should consult with their doctor before using halotherapy. Anyone with serious health concerns needs to seek proper medical advice and care before starting a new type of potential treatment. Many clinical studies and research, along with customer testimonials, demonstrate salt therapy's health benefits and efficacy.
